A Day in the Life, presented by women for women, is designed for women of every fitness level. With women comprising 47% of the NFL fan base, this event celebrates their dedication and passion for the sport.

Exclusive Experience:

Imagine being drafted by Dr. Jen Welter, the first female coach in NFL history, and reporting for training camp. Participants will receive ADIL team gear, meet celebrity captains (announcements coming soon), coaches, and teammates, grab a playbook, and head to the field for a hands-on experience. The day includes position-specific drills led by former and current NFL players, a dynamic warmup, offense and defense drills, and a cooldown session with renowned fitness trainer Sarah Dorough and DJ L3xi playing some motivational music on the decks. The day concludes with a post-game celebration featuring cocktails and a Q&A session.

All-Star Coaching Core:

The event boasts an All-Star Coaching core, including NFL Linebacker Chris Draft, NFL Punter Marquette King, athlete and influencer Santia Deck, pro rugby player Gracie Martinez, NFL Running Back Ahman Green, pro football wide receiver Adrienne Smith, and pro football player Lois Cook, among others.
