In 1977, over 20,000 women gathered in Houston for the National Women’s Conference — the first and only federally funded event of its kind. Together, they passed 26 bold resolutions calling for gender equity, reproductive freedom, equal pay, and women’s representation across all sectors of society.

Nearly five decades later, the mission continues. We’re proud to announce that Osprey is bringing the flame back to Houston — with a summit designed to accelerate, celebrate, and elevate the most powerful women across sports, entertainment, STEM, finance, and public service.
