COLLEGE CIRCLE

We have been in college stealth mode onboarding members from local colleges and other state colleges. How does this work? Athletics departments and coaches nominate their top 3 female athletes to join our first college cohort. They don’t just pick the best athlete, but someone who is driven, hard working, and looking to accomplish their goals. We started with University of Houston where Golfer Anna Economon and basketball star Laila Blair, and then crossed paths with the Aggies where we found the formidable Rylen Wiggins, aka Softball star. Next we are heading to UT which we will report back on shortly 🤩

One of the most exciting parts of our college circle is the big sister program! Each college member is paired with 1-2 big sisters from the community that can help guide them, coach then, offer advice, and possible opportunities. Imagine having a mentor in college that is an Olympian, or a successful executive! WINNNNNN!!!

RETREAT

The Osprey retreat last week was nothing short of spectacular. It took place at Cedar Trunk Ranch an incredible Oasis owned by some friends of Osprey. We embarked on a weekend journey of bonding, wellness, learning, development, and collaboration. Including activities like sound baths, horse yoga 🤣, moonlight dinner, cold plunges, workouts and more! We were locked in and EVERYONE made some incredible new friends.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

We are busy planning this amazing Superbowl event yet again for 2025! If you attended last year you know how fun it was, some even called it the best day of the year!! If you or your company is interested in buying a package to this incredible day for women contact us ASAP! The event includes football training from star coaches, music, exhibitors and more with your creator and host DR Jen Welter and some incredible pro athletes!
